Millions of animals subjected to unnecessary and redundant testing need your help!

The FDA Modernization Act 2.0 is a bill that updates a law on animal testing passed in 1938! With even more protections for humans and animals, this bill has broad bi-partisan support. But it MUST be brought to the House for a vote in the next few weeks (before Christmas). 

Let's get this life saving bill passed by the House, sent to the President, and signed into law.
